What you can request a quote for

The form above lists every item we hold in our catalogue, grouped the same way as the shop. If you would rather browse first, each category opens the full range:

  • Business Stationery & Print — business cards, letterheads, envelopes, notepads, invoice books, brochures, flyers, folders and bookmarks.
  • Promotional Gifts & Sets — thermal mugs and bottles, USB flash drives, tote bags, velvet pouches, keychains, pin badges and mobile accessories.
  • Branding & Displays — banners, posters, roll-ups, acrylic NFC display stands, card holder displays and QR codes on steel plate.
  • Packaging & Labels — gift boxes, chocolate boxes, cosmetic boxes, tags and door tags.
  • Apparel & Accessories — t-shirts, caps, helmets, safety jackets, ID cards, lanyards and car sun shades.
  • Saudi National Day — seasonal mugs, scarves, caps, flags, arches, MDF boxes, diaries, balloons and roll-ups.

Fabrication work is quoted the same way but does not appear as a catalogue item — exhibition booths, event fabrication, wood, acrylic and Forex/PVC work, and 3D printing. Describe what you need in the message box. Two of these have their own pages with more detail: exhibition booth fabrication and VIP corporate gifts.

Getting the details right

A quote is only as good as the brief behind it. Beyond the basics, these are the details that usually decide the price:

  • Quantity per item. There is a quantity box beside every product in the form. Print costs move with volume, so this is the most important number in your request.
  • Artwork status. Tell us whether your design is print-ready, needs adjusting, or needs to be created from scratch — and the file format you have, if you know it.
  • Size and material. Especially for banners, boxes, displays and anything cut to shape.
  • Branding placement. On gifts and apparel, where the logo goes and how many colours it uses both affect cost.
  • Any special finishing. If you want something beyond a standard print — a particular lamination, a foil, an unusual fold — describe it and we will confirm what is possible and what it costs.
  • Delivery city and deadline. If the job is tied to an event or a launch date, say so.

How the quotation process works

  1. Select and specify. Tick the items you need and enter a quantity for each one.
  2. Add your contact details. Name, email and phone are required so we can send the quote back to you.
  3. Describe the job. Use the message box for artwork, sizes, finishing, delivery city and deadline.
  4. Submit. Your request reaches our team directly, and we reply with pricing using the email or phone number you gave us.

Sending a request does not commit you to anything. A quote is a starting point, and it is normal to adjust the specification before anything is confirmed.

Where we work

Action8 is based in Al-Ruwais, Jeddah, and works with businesses across Saudi Arabia. If your delivery city is somewhere else, mention it in the message so it can be accounted for in the quote.
