At Action8, we value customer satisfaction and take pride in the quality of our products and services. Since most of our products are customized and made to order, our refund and return policy is tailored to reflect this. Please read carefully before placing an order.
1. Customized Products (Stickers, Trophies, Giveaways, Event Items)
- All customized and personalized products are made specifically according to the design and specifications provided by the customer.
- These items are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless:
- The product is defective, or
- We made an error in production (wrong design, incorrect printing, damaged on arrival).
- The product is defective, or
- Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving designs before confirming the order. We are not liable for errors in customer-supplied content or artwork.
2. Non-Customized Products
- If you purchase a non-customized item, you may request a return or refund within 7 days of delivery, provided that the item is unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
3. Reporting an Issue
- Any concerns or issues must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order.

- A description of the issue, and
- Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable).

4. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a return is due to customer error (e.g., incorrect address, wrong order details), the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
5. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

6. Shipping Returns
- Approved returns should be sent to:

- For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee receipt of items returned without tracking.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the stated processing time:
- Recheck your bank account.
- Contact your credit card provider (posting may take time).
- Contact your bank for processing updates.
